Antique Bowlback Mandolin

This Antique Bowlback Mandolin design features an artistically-presented collage of photos with descriptive text of a Martin Style 6 bowlback instrument from a private collection which was made sometime between 1896 and 1921.   This exquisitely crafted mandolin is so rare that only 106 of these models were made - and it sold for an incredible $75 at the time!   (If you’d “rather be playing your mandolin”, check out these items, and be sure not to miss our Pick ‘n’ Fiddle design which features this instrument as well!)
